Our manufacturing program helps extend the shelf life of perishable products and increase the nutritional content of food resources, while providing an easy-to-prepare meal solution for partner agencies and the Food Bank Network.

Project Preserve operates a cook chill manufacturing facility that produces more than 50 boil-in-a-bag products. These products are nutritious and USDA-inspected, ensuring that partner agencies and the food bank network can meet the nutritional needs of our clients. Cook chill product recipes can also be customized to meet regional and client-specific dietary needs. Additionally, the manufacturing program offers tray pack meal solutions. Meals are prepared in a dual oven, placed in microwave-safe compartmental trays and sealed for freshness. Tray pack meals are ideal meal solutions for Meals-On-Wheels programs, senior and day care feeding programs, and Mobile Pantry Distribution.
